Barefoot Opera – Sunday 21 January 2024

Grab your mates and head down to The Clubhouse Moorooka for an event that is one part pub-choir, one part open-mic opera (and all parts a great time). Practicing alone is great and all, but even better than that is the opportunity to show off what you’ve been working on! Barefoot Opera is all about bringing together opera singers and opera lovers in a supportive environment where you get a chance to belt out a cheeky chorus taught by our skilled conductor, air out solo repertoire with the help of a brilliant accompanist, and cheer as loud as possible for the singers who get up to perform. We provide the pianist and the venue, you bring yourself, your voice and some friends for a relaxed afternoon of music and fun in a social setting.
